This is Reference Awareness Month. Enjoy this example of how we help people every day from the Information Desk.

In this digital age, information about government and elections has migrated from special print publications to pages on the Internet. When you ask our librarians who represents you at the federal, state, and local level, we turn to online resources that help us pinpoint just the information you need. Of course, you can do much of this yourself. Here are websites identifying officials and the candidates for office.
